Diet and Weight Loss Update

Let me start by saying I am down two pounds.  Yay!  Of course those 2 pounds actually dropped off by Tuesday.  And the scale has kind of stayed at the same weight since.  That’s OK, I really only expected to lose two pounds.  I did well with the exercise, I burned 4,800 calories total.   Drank a lot of water, I did not drink as much Thursday-Saturday.  I do need to make sure I get all my water in me though, because when I don’t I am hungrier and I feel fluffier.  I kept my food at 1400-1500 Sun-Thursday, Friday I ate 2000, and Saturday I did not count.  Horrible I know, but I went to the gym and felt completely depleted, my heart rate was racing, and I was feeling dizzy.  I did not go overboard, I just did not count.  So overall not a bad week, I am happy with the two pound weight loss, and am ready for week two.
