		<description>This is always tough, esp. when you do distant running. I think I could eat every hour (and some days I do!) but I still lose weight. I&#039;d prefer to be about 5 pounds heavier BUT that&#039;s just the way it is. I&#039;ve tried calorie counting and I stink at it! I never keep up with it. I just try to eat when hungry, make good food choices, and weigh myself every few days or so. I always weigh after a run too.</description>
