		<description>I think your pace is fantastic.  9:40 is what I&#039;m hoping for in my race in May.  Running into the wind is no fun... had that experience this past Sunday.  I really enjoy reading about your training runs and seeing all the info from your Garmin.  Makes me want to get one.  Keep up the good work... you are going to rock your race!</description>

		<description>Great job on your workouts. Before moving to CO I lived in Hawaii and ran by the ocean for the most part. Some days the kona winds would be so bad that I felt like I was going backwards. Some days it was so bad that I would just give up and turn around to head the same way I came. LOL.  Enjoy this week taking it easy. Good luck at Zooma! You are going to rock. =)</description>
