My “Diet” Plan

As one of my goals I listed I want want to lose 6 pounds.  I wanted to write out how I am planning on doing so. For the next month I plan on doing the following:

  • Keeping my calories  between 1400 and 1600 calories a day.  The number will depend on my level of activity for the day.
  • Burn 3500-4000 calories a week  through exercise.
  • Cut out junk food
  • Eat closer to the ground.  Include more natural  unprocessed foods in my diet.
  • Avoid eating out, and if I do eat out only eat at places where I know the nutritional information.
  • Drink at least 80 ounces of water a day.

Following this plan will be pretty easy for me and I think will allow me to get rid of  my excess fat.  I will be starting officially Sunday since it is the first day of the new month.  Until then I will of course be eating healthy and exercising, but will record my official starting weight  in February 1. I believe I will be Successful!
