Remember look around in any crowd, and know you can perform better than 95% of the population. Why? Because you are a runner.</description>

Everyone has been writing about putting away their winter clothes and I can&#039;t seem to get rid of mine. LOL. Great job on all your running. It sounds like you are really enjoying yourself. 		<description>Question: why are you manually pressing the lap button?  You can program a custom workout in the Garmin to where it&#039;ll lap for you and beep when it&#039;s time to switch slow/fast.</description>
