Training Plan for this Week

I am  changing up my routine a little this week to prep for the race.  Here is my schedule for the week:

Sun  10 miles

Mon 3 miles

Tue 6 miles pace workout

2 miles easy; 8 X  300 meters (recover for 100 meters); 2 miles easy

Wed 3 miles

Thu 0 miles

Fri 3s

Sat race day

I will continue with my normal half marathon training starting Sunday.    I just thought I would lay the high mileage this week so that my legs were rested  and I could go for a PR.
