		<description>I should have done more research before I bought my foam roller. Mine didn&#039;t come with a DVD, boo hoo. I got one for piriformis issues. I am very bad about using it though although it does help. Thanks for video link, I will check that out.</description>

		<description>I use mine eeryday too! I got injured at the disney marathon in jan. with ITBS and went out and bought one. I do it even though the pain has, for the most part, subsided, but I want to maek sure it doesn&#039;t come back! I also use it for my back. Would also highly recommend buying one for those who have any type of pain or just want to massage out the muscles after a good run.</description>
